Day 01: Arrival Hanoi (D)
Arrive in Hanoi, pick up and transfer to the hotel. Then, a wonderful ride in rickshaw in the old quarter of Hanoi and Hoan Kiem Lake. Dinner together at local restaurants in Hanoi. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi - Discovery the Capital (B.L.D)

After breakfast. Discovery Hanoi including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, the house on stilts and One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to visit the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnolographie and walks in the old quarter to explore various occupations. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Kayaking (B.L.D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Ha Long Bay and arrive around noon
12h00 – 12h30 : Embark on the traditional wooden junk followed by a short cruise briefing.
13h00 – 15h30 : Savor a delectable lunch as cruises among the limestone islands.
15h30 – 16h30 : Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the junk
16h30 – 17h30 : Cruising to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
17h30 : Cruise back to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos as the sun starts to set.
19h00 : Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

Day 04: Halong Bay - Cooking demonstration - Ninh Binh (B.L.D)

06h30 - 07h00 : Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt.
07h30 - 08h30 : Have breakfast at sunrise.
08h30 - 09h30 : Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30 : Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 - 10h30 : Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30 : While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30 : Disembark and drive directly to Ninh Binh. Arrive in Ninh Binh in the late afternoon, transfer to hotel and go cycling to Tam Coc. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 05: Ninh Binh (B.L.D)

Breakfast at the hotel. You ride bicycle from Tam Coc to Hoa Lu, ancient capital in Vietnam from the Xth century. Visit the temples of King Dinh and Le. Lunch at local restaurant. Then, cruise on sampan to Tam Coc caves to explore Tam Coc. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Ninh Binh.

Day 06: Ninh Binh - Mai Chau (B.L.D)

Early departure from Ninh Binh to Hoa Binh - culmulant point giving a beautiful view over the Mai Chau valley, you start pedaling to the village Poom Cong, village of White Thai. Installation in the big stilts house for a welcome cup of tea. Lunch together in the stilts house. In the afternoon trek at the ethnic villages in Mai Chau to discover the lifestyle and crafts of Thais. In the evening you attend traditional dances and songs. Overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 07: Mai Chau Biking Tour (B.L.D)
After breakfast. Cycling in the ethnic villages in the valley of Mai Chau throughout differents villages from Ban Lac to Mai Hich. Lunch at a local family.

Afternoon, continue your biking tour to Nhot and Van villages by another way to enjoy beautiful landscapes and to meet hospitable locals. Dinner and overnight at homestay in Mai Chau

Day 08: Mai Chau Biking Tour (B.L.D)
After breakfast at a local family. Leave for Duong Lam ancient village where you can do the biking to around this typical village, you have opportunities to discover the old house, communical house, the soy sauce making and Mia pagode. Lunch will be served at a local family.

Then, departure to visit West ern Pagoda , a great sculpture work of wood in Vietnam, continue cycling trip from the western pagoda to Master pagoda via the countrysides of the Delta Red River. Visit Master pagoda and transfer directly to Hanoi airport for flight to Hue. Arrival in Hue and transfer to the hotel. Dinner on your own and overnight in Hue.

Day 09: Hue (B.L.D)

After breakfast. Visit the Imperial Citadel of Hue by bicycle, you pedal along the Perfume River and the countryside through rarely visited villages, visit the tombs of Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. Lunch at local restaurant. Then cycling through small villages along quiet roads outside the city. Then you make a nice boat trip on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Dinner and overnight in Hue.

Day 10: Hue - Danang - Hoi An (B.L.D)

Breakfast at the hotel. You ride bicycle along the picturesque coast through graves, small villages and emerald green rivers in the blue water of Lang Co Beach. After a seafood lunch in Lang Co, we will conquer the 10-km long, 500 meters high Hai Van Pass (pass of the Clouds). At the summit, we will explore French and American forts, while enjoying panoramic views of the coast. At Danang, we will remove our bikes and tranfer by bus to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 11: Hoi An - Cooking classes (B.L.D)

After breakfast. Discovery of charming Hoi Hoi An on foot, starting with the central market to buy ingredients with the chef of the restaurant and return to the Red Bridge for cooking class. Lunch with dishes which you learned. In the afternoon, visit Hoi including the Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Temple, Quan Cong temple and Phung Hung ancient house. Dinner and overnight in Hoian.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free for discovering Hoian old town until transfer to Danang airport for flight to Saigon. Arrival, transfer to hotel. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, visit of Chinese "Cho Lon" and Binh Tay impressive market, the Central Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral built in the nineteenth century and walk around Dong Khoi Street. Dinner and overnight in Saigon.

Day 13: Saigon - My Tho - Saigon (B.L.D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart to My Tho (Mekong Delta, Vietnam's rice bowl) and you arrive there around 11:00. Check in immediately the private boat for a pleasant cruise in the heart of the Mekong. Discovery of the floating houses of fishermen ... across the island of Phoenix, Turtle, Dragon and Lion. Lunch at a local restaurant on the island of phoenix with the specialty of the region. Continuation to visiting craft workshops that produce candy made of coconut milk, glutinous rice, ... then, cruising around the village to discover lifestyle. Try tea with honey and you make a wonderful cruise by sampan in the arroyos. Back to the pier and tranfer to Saigon. Dinner and overnight in Saigon.

Day 14: Saigon - departure (B)

After breakfast. Free for personal discovery in Saigon until transfer to Saigon airport for departure flight.
